Classical gold ring set with six old cut diamonds in a silver frame. The shank is unmarked but tested for 15 carat gold or higher; antique English Georgian style and period from the 1780s-90s. Size: L (USA 5.6, Europe 51).

Style notes — Georgian period mainly refers to the second half of the 18th century and up to the 1820s. The style was predominantly neo-classical, that looked back at the ancient Greece and Rome and used those elements in design and decoration.
