What is Vintique?
Vintage or Antique. As a widely accepted rule Antique item should be 100 years old or older; Vintage item can be anything from 10-20 years and older. We use the combined description of Vintique, because in Lavish Shoestring we have both categories of stock.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! And our international shipping rates are of the lowest in the industry! We use UPS and FedEx couriers, and our packages reach most destinations within 1-3 working days – that’s very fast! The dedicated courier will bring it to your door step. Read all about it on our Shipping Information page!

Returns

Returns from the USA are processed in our dedicated warehouse in New Jersey.

Returns are accepted for Store Credit only, unless this is our fault (damaged, wrong item, not as described).

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, that you would like to return it. We will issue you with a Return Shipping Label and our courier will pick the parcel from you. The products must be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were shipped to you.

Can I return or exchange my free gift or gift card?
Sorry, but our free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
Where’s my return?
Returns are usually processed within about 1-2 business days after we receive your package, and we’ll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
Orders
My order status is indicated as “pending” - what does that mean?
"Pending" just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to “shipped”.
Why don't I get Lavish Shoestring emails?
We like to keep in touch with our community, so we send our members emails about fun features, contests, and sales, in addition to other news and important order info. We also take care to respond personally to every customer email that we receive. So, if you've joined Lavish Shoestring or subscribed to our Newsletter but aren't receiving these emails, or if you’re simply having trouble communicating with us, we’re sorry! How do I change my email preferences?
If you've joined Lavish Shoestring, you’re automatically set to receive emails about our fun features and contests, exclusive opportunities, and first-to-know info, as well as other news and important order info. But, you can also customize the types of messaging you wish to receive. Wish to do that? First make sure you’re signed in, then click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page to access your email settings. From there, you can select, adjust, or limit your email preferences as you wish!
