We use only the fastest and most professional couriers for your international orders. Please be aware that all delivery times are based on realistic circumstances. However, delays in customs and other unforeseen events can also increase the delivery time.

Also, please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take every step to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

What’s the exact delivery cost for my order?

Add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and use the section Estimate Shipping; select your country and address to view the exact shipping costs.

Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?

In most cases no. Our courier may leave your delivery in your usual safe place or with your neighbour. If this is not possible or if a signature is required, the courier will leave you a note to reschedule delivery at the time convenient to you.

Returns

Returns in the USA are processed in our dedicated warehouse in New Jersey.

Returns are accepted for Store Credit only, unless this is our fault (damaged, wrong item, not as described).

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving an unwanted product, that you would like to return it (30 days for faulty/damaged products). We will issue you with a Return Shipping Label (you will need to print it) and our courier will pick the parcel from you. Please return the products in the same condition and, if possible, in the same packaging as they were shipped to you. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, we will refund the shipping cost up to the amount of what it would cost if your were to use our own courier.
