Elegant small wine glass of a conical shape on a knop stem, engraved decoration of grapes and hops; antique English Georgian style and period from circa 1790. Size: base 6.2 cm diameter.

Style notes — Georgian period mainly refers to the second half of the 18th century and up to the 1820s. The style was predominantly neo-classical, that looked back at the ancient Greece and Rome and used those elements in design and decoration.
