Imposing teapot, silver plated heavy baluster shape set with a wooden handle, floral scroll decoration; antique English Georgian fashion, Regency circa 1820.

Condition: some surface wear, some plating worn

Style notes — late Georgian period mainly refers to the early 19th century, up to 1838. The style was predominantly neo-classical, that looked back at the ancient Greece and Rome and used those elements in design and decoration.
