Rare tall and slim wine glass, the stem with a double series opaque twist decoration, set with a round funnel bowl; antique English Georgian style and period from circa 1760. Base size: 6.5 cm diameter.

Style notes — Georgian period mainly refers to the second half of the 18th century and up to the 1820s. The style was predominantly neo-classical, that looked back at the ancient Greece and Rome and used those elements in design and decoration.
