A very rare Kit-Cat flute glass on a clear stem with an air bubble inclusion, set on a domed foot; antique English Georgian style and period from the early 1700s.
The name Kit-Cat refers to the particular shape of the glass. It originates from the early 18th century London club named Kit-Cat. In several paintings the members of this club can be seen drinking from these glasses.
Condition: Some surface wear and scratches, slightly clouded. No visible chips or cracks.
