UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We have two domestic shipping options:

• FREE: 5-7 days. Delivered by our courier Hermes UK. Transit time typically takes 5 to 7 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday. 

• £7.50: 1-2 days. Delivered by UPS, typically on the next business day (Monday-Friday) or within 2 days.
  

PO boxes – at the moment we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, but we are working to enable this option in the future.

Channel Islands Delivery Options

Currently international shipping rates apply to all Channel Island destinations. You can calculate the rates per order in your basket before the checkout process. We are working to bring Channel Islands shipping rates in line with our UK rates.

What’s the exact cost to ship to my country?

 It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost! Once you have an item in your shopping cart, use the section Estimate Shipping and Tax to select your country and calculate your postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.

We are working hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping rates without compromising on delivery times and quality (after all, many of our products have great age and we want them to reach you intact). We are constantly adding cheaper and variable rates per country – follow our announcements on Twitter, Blog and Newsletters.

We use UPS courier services:

• Delivery typically takes between 2-7* business days once shipped from our warehouse.

• This shipping option includes tracking information – it can be viewed in your Account area and we also email it to you once your order is on its way!

*Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. However, delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

Also, please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
